Missouri Vape Laws
Missouri vape ban applies to any non-combustible product/device that contains nicotine and employs a heating element, electronic circuit, power source, or other chemical, electronic or mechanical means, which can be used to produce/simulate vapor from nicotine. The law further includes any e-cigarettes, electronic cigars, electronic pipes, and any cartridge or such other container of nicotine that’s intended to be used with any of the aforementioned devices. It should be noted that although there’s no statewide vaping ban, some localities may have more stringent measures than those of the state. For instance, there’s a complete indoor vaping ban in places like Branson, Clinton, Columbia, Kansas city, Creve Coeur, Farmington, Gainesville, St. Joseph and Washington.
