Nevada is situated in the western part of the United States. It is known for its vast deserts, the 24/7 casinos and for its ever alive city, Las Vegas. Las Vegas is the center of all luxurious hotels, restaurants and casinos [the Las Vegas strip]. If you are a tourist in Nevada and love history, the city is not to disappoint with its museum, the mob. With live shows and shopping malls, you will not want to sleep and lose a minute of the fun.
Another city that is a must visit is the Reno city. Located there are the numerous casinos, luxurious restaurants and the famously known Nevada museum. More to the state is the red canyon national conservation area for rock climbing, mount Charleston for hiking and skiing, hoover dam which forms the sprawling lake mead fun for fishing and boat rides, lake Tahoe for its water games and great basin national park with its vast mountains, lakes and caves. All of which are the major tourism attraction.
In 2006 Nevada implemented an indoor clean air act prohibiting smoking indoors. Its goes on to highlight where smoking is legalized like inside casinos, outside restaurants, inside strip clubs and brothels, taverns that are 21 and over. For the nonsmokers if you looking to take a break from all the smoke, there are areas where smoking is banned like in most shops, results, malls, movie theatres or anywhere with the �no smoking’ sign. Failure to follow the set rules and regulations one incurs a hefty penalty. Marijuana on the other hand is legal in the state of Nevada.
It is available in licensed dispensaries. As fun as that sounds it comes with regulations on where you can smoke it. It is illegal to smoke marijuana in the Las Vegas strip and on any private residence. Next is the vaping law. Vaping is not considered as smoking thus does not follow the regulations of smoking can be done anywhere including where there is a �no smoking’ sign. But in case you come across a �no vaping’ sign don’t vape. It is also banned in some local states, so if you not sure if it is okay, just ask.
