Vaping, just like in most of the states in America is common to New Hampshire. However, vaping in this state is to some extent relatively carefree. Presently, the ban is not statewide, there are bans in some parts of the state, the places with bans include within and around any educational facilities in the state. Although most of the legislature in New Hampshire tried to pass the act which bans smoking in specific public spots, the act was known as the Clean Indoor Air Act, vaping particularly, has always been excluded from the anti-vaping regulations. Legally this means that you can be allowed to vape inside restaurants and clubs as per the owner’s discretion. To add to that, the city governments were not given the ability to implement their own local ordinances that may control vaping more effectively. Nonetheless, the Senate of New Hampshire gave approvals anonymously to HB 1541 in the year 2010. This act prohibits vaping and the selling of vaping products to anyone under the age of eighteen.
