Recently Ohio made a move in an effort to do away with the use of electronic cigarettes which is popularly known as vaping. The e-cigarette has batteries that heat up the liquid nicotine to produce vapor which the user inhales. Some consider it as a non-harmful way of smoking while others consider it as typical cigarettes in a different style. Compared to the other states, Ohio seems to have given a lighter penalty on the people vaping and vendors of the same. The Ohio state banned the sale of the vapors to people under the age of 18 and is considered as a misdemeanor offense if caught. The law also states that vending machines of the same should be located in places that are inaccessible to people under the age of 18. Looking closer, they are only cubing the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors and not to the whole population.
