Bursting with America’s wildlife, prairies, and snowy mountains, Wyoming is one of American’s friendliest Western states. The state’s cowboy culture is very apparent throughout the state, along with Native American PowWows, a strong foodie culture, selection of five-star restaurants, and selection of craft beer. Wyoming is lucky to have two national parks within its borders: Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. These parks have fantastic vistas and are sights to see wildlife in action. Yellowstone National Park boasts 9,000 square kilometers of government protected wildlands and features the geothermal attraction, Old Faithful. Grand-Teton National Park, on the other hand, mountains, features lakes, and historical landmarks throughout the park. Cheyenne Frontier Days is a Wyoming tradition which goes back to 1897. This event is a week-long celebration of Wyoming’s frontier culture and brings people and families out together with parades, carnivals, events, and festivities. Wyoming also houses the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Known as “Buffalo Bill,” William-Frederick Cody was a US Army Scout and Western showman who became a local hero. The Museum encompasses five buildings and is a tribute to this American frontier culture. Another place of historical merit is the National Historic Trails Interpretative Center, a free admission center that has documented all of the Western travels through Wyoming upon America’s development.
Wyoming is perhaps the most restrictive of this list in terms of vaping and vape products. The state’s definition of “tobacco products” has evolved to be inclusive of anything that contains nicotine. As the majority of vape products and e-cigarettes contain this addictive chemical, this means that most of these products fit Wyoming’s classification. Children under the age of 18-years-old cannot purchase any sort of vape device or products. The local municipality of Laramie is the only locality in Wyoming to ban vaping at restaurants, clubs and bars while the other municipalities do not institute any such bans or prohibitions.
